Requesting a New Product

To request a new product, please follow the steps below:

All requests must be sent (via E-Mail) to:

  1. ML-HER-APIM@puma.com

Required Information

Please make sure to include the following details in your request:

  • Requested product name

  • Purpose / use case

  • Which APIs should be included

  • Which Stages should be included

  • Who will be using the product (team)

Naming convention: DepartmentId-productName-purpose

Example:

  • PB-General-TestProduct

Review & Processing

Once your request has been submitted:

  • The request will be reviewed by the API team

  • If everything is complete, the product will be created

  • You will receive a confirmation once the product is available in the portal

Please allow up to 1-2 business days for processing.
