Requesting Custom Alerts

To request custom alerts, please follow the steps below:

All requests must be sent (via E-Mail) to:

1. ML-HER-APIM@puma.com

Required Information

Please make sure to include the following details in your request:

• Which APIs should be included

• Log level

• Threshold

• Conditions

• Naming

• Notification E-Mail Address

Review & Processing

Once your request has been submitted:

• The request will be reviewed by the API team

• If everything is complete, the alerts will be created

• You will receive a confirmation once the alerts are active

Please allow up to 1-2 business days for processing.
